What is Pennsylvania's helmet law? |

Helmet optional for a person 21 years of age or older who either have been licensed to operate a motorcycle for not less than two full calendar years or have completed a motorcycle rider safety course approved by the department or the Motorcycle Safety Foundation. The passenger of a person exempt under this subsection, if the passenger is 21 years of age or older. |

Do I have to be a H.O.G. member to attend the rally? |

Yes, you need to be a National H.O.G. member, or a guest of a National H.O.G. member. Associate H.O.G. members should register as members.

Will it be safe to register online with my credit card? |

Yes, H.O.G. uses VeriSign to validate the security of the online registration process. You can feel safe in using your credit card to register for the rally. |

Does everyone need to wear a wristband? |
| A. |
Yes, a wristband is required to enter the Rally site. All members and guests must have a wristband. NOTE: the wristband must be put onto the attendee's wrist in Registration. We are not allowed to give anyone a wristband for someone else that is not in physical attendance at Registration. |

Is the Rally open to the public? |

The Rally is a private event held for currently registered H.O.G. members only. Associate H.O.G. members should register as a member. |

Is there security for the bikes? |

Yes - at the host hotel there is covered parking on evening security. |

Will there be rides taking place outside of PA? |
| A. |
YES - so bring your DOT approved helmet. There will be mystery rides (shhhh do not tell anyone), planned rides and self guided trips that will take you into the Garden State. |
